Onward

Well after a couple days rest with my wonderful Grandparents I'm headed out again. I am so thankful for these few days. My body and my feet are functioning normally again, and after a few mornings with Grandma, my caffiene addiction is back in full swing.

I am not sure how soon I will be able to post again, as I don't have another place to stay untill La Crosse, Wi. In this leg of the journey, I am starting into unknown territory with very few contacts along the way. So any blessings from here on out can only be credited to God. He has proven himself thus far and I have no doubt that He will provide the rest of the way.

God is more powerful than I ever truly knew and I pray that I never question His authority or His ability again.

Hey Chris,
I have been thinking of you and praying for you when I do so.
I'm excited to hear about the things that have happened so far, and look forward to hearing about what will come to pass!
I nearly wished you to "keep warm and well fed" but then James 2 made me falter over the sentiment... and prompted me to do what I meant to do a while ago- I've called as many people as I can think of that live along your way- I'll send you an e-mail with their names and contact info... hopefully you'll have the chance to use the internet in the near future!

Your blisters brought this passage to mind: Isaiah 40:30-31.

I pray for strength of feet, spirit, and every good and perfect thing.

Christopher, my good friend. i am glad to hear you are well. You have been in my prayers. Pray for me next Saturday, i got a big race. i just found out from on old friend that he ran the Rochester marathon in 3:15...what a dink. lol. i ran the sour grapes 10k today, it was a lotta fun. i was thinking, maybe we should do a triathalon together sometime, my friend really wants to do one, too. God bless. Be greatly encouraged in the Saviour, His joy is our strength, and His strength is made perfect in our weekness.

Chris, We had a few of your/our friends over tonight and they told us about your journey. I immediately went to the computer to check on you (my familial instinct kicked into overdrive) Wow! What an amazing opportunity. What a mind blowing experience. What a heart of God you must have to trust and to go. We love you and will be praying for you. Any chance you might walk on over to Carlsbad again soon? We miss you. :) Andrew and Jen
