Christopher 'Walkin' The Premise.

Dear friends, family, and random online bloggers,

Welcome to my journey.

In a little over a week, I will be starting an adventure that God led me to nearly two months ago. Some of you have heard it, and for others, this is new to you. And this blog is intended to chronicle this chapter of my life; my season in the desert.

From my understanding, God is calling me to a new education. But not an education by our modern collegiate standards, an education in Him, by Him, where God is the sole professor.

I will be leaving my sweet little hometown of Brainerd Mn on June 2nd, to walk from here to Philadelphia. A short trip of around 1500 miles with God as my provider.

He has given me this two months to cancel my debt, and take care of any needed responsibilities before I go. So that when I leave, I will not be tied to anything in this world. There are certain things that I feel like He has allowed me to bring; such as a tent, sleeping bag, sewing kit, first aid kit, a bible, and lots of pens and paper among other things. But He has led me to leave without money, food, or cell phone.

I don't know exactly what God has planned for me on this trip. My highest hope is that I will know Him, and love Him, more than I ever have and that all the struggles and trials along the way, serve only to bring Him Glory.

I will be sending letters to a friend who will update this site whenever he receives them.

I love you all, and will miss you dearly; but I am confident that I will see you all again.
